First opening nearly 150 years ago, Alsford Timber is now the largest timber merchant in South East England.
They approached our team looking for a comprehensive PPC package to help build online revenue. In the years since we’ve delivered huge increases in conversions while helping them pivot into the DIY sector.

Alsford Timber came to us with clear goals for increasing both sales and profitability, particularly through improving their conversion rate on-page.
The team also wanted to better establish their audiences and effectively target them through ads, which tied into a company-wide pivot to the DIY sector. Adding to this were the challenges posed by their differing regional delivery policies, which made implementing Performance Max campaigns difficult.

Over several years we have worked with Alsford Timber on a comprehensive PPC approach that has driven stellar results.
This has involved a wealth of changes to their site including new high-conversion landing pages, audience segmentation, and careful keyword targeting. Through this we were able to achieve a 250% increase in conversions, a 61% reduction in cost per conversion, and a 300% increase in conversion value YOY 2023/24.
