Enigma Quests is a London-based escape room brand known for immersive adventure games. In 2024, they opened a new venue in Holborn, featuring the brand-new Escape Arcade. 

Escape Arcade offered a unique skill-based entertainment experience, blending problem-solving, interactive games, and high-energy challenges. A brand new entertainment concept, Enigma Quests needed to educate new and existing audiences about the Escape Arcade, and drive immediate business when it opened.

— The challenge
As a completely new concept, Escape Arcade had no existing market demand or search traffic. 

The term “arcade” led to misconceptions, making it difficult to communicate the experience. 

Without visual references, describing the product proved challenging. Enigma Quests needed a multi-channel strategy to raise awareness, educate potential customers, and drive bookings while expanding their reach beyond traditional escape room audiences.

— Our solution
We executed a cross-channel strategy, including SEO, PPC, PR, paid social, and web enhancements, to establish Escape Arcade as a top entertainment destination. 

We developed creative assets, refined website UX, and expanded search strategies. Paid media, influencer outreach, and PR secured visibility across digital platforms. The campaign delivered a 183.6% increase in users, 138.2% revenue growth, and a 772.5% jump in items purchased.
