Kiwi Cru is a London-based wine retailer and event specialist, founded to celebrate and promote the exceptional wines of New Zealand.
Kiwi Cru approached us looking to better establish themselves within the competitive UK market, through a brand refresh covering their identity, messaging, and visuals. They worked with our Strategy, Design, and Content teams across the project.




In a busy market dominated by well-known brands, Kiwi Cru needed a strong, cohesive identity to distinguish itself.
However, their website, marketing materials, and customer interactions lacked a unified visual and verbal identity. As they expanded their presence in retail and events, it was vital to ensure consistency across touchpoints in their customers’ journeys. It was clear to our team that if they wanted to build a recognisable and trusted brand, they needed a strategic approach to refine their messaging, create a distinct visual style, and align their communication.





We developed a comprehensive brand playbook, defining Kiwi Cru’s mission, values, and unique positioning.
Working closely with Kiwi Cru, our team created a unified visual and verbal identity, covering typography, logos, tone of voice, and messaging. This brand playbook ensured that all of Kiwi Cru’s communications – across social media, the website, and packaging – aligned seamlessly with their distinct personality.
