Seren Wealth is a modern wealth management service founded by Nicola King FCSI, a Chartered Wealth Manager with more than 25 yearsβ experience advising high and ultra-high-net-worth clients.
Nicola brings private banking expertise into a more personal, collaborative setting, giving clients calm, considered advice without the corporate distance they had often experienced elsewhere.
Nicola was launching Seren Wealth as an independent founder and needed a brand identity that could carry the weight of her experience without feeling corporate or conventional. She had a clear point of view on wealth management, but needed help turning that into a distinctive tone of voice and visual direction with a website experience to match.
With no in-house digital team, Nicola needed expert support to shape the brand from the ground up. The site had to give prospective clients a strong sense of who she is, how she works and whether Seren Wealth felt right for them, without building a full cross-channel marketing journey before the business needed one.
We started with a branding workshop, using collaborative exercises to understand what felt true to Nicola and what would resonate with the clients Seren Wealth wanted to attract.
That session gave our copy and design teams a clear foundation for the brandβs visual direction and tone of voice.
From there, we developed a brand concept that balanced Nicolaβs private banking experience with the warmer, more personal way she wanted to work. We refined the copy and design with Nicola throughout, making sure every decision felt considered rather than generic.
Our development team then built a user-friendly website that gave the brand a clear home online. The site helps prospective clients understand Nicolaβs approach, explore Seren Wealthβs services, and get a confident sense of whether the partnership feels right.
