South East Plant Hire
The challenge:
South East Plant Hire is a newly-formed Plant Hire company, covering Kent, Essex, London, Sussex and Surrey.
They were using an agency for their Google Ads account management to drive leads, so that their business could grow.
They were aiming to achieve 5-10 jobs a day, and were achieving around 1 a week through the Google Ads account.
The solution:
We implemented a whole new set of privacy-centric tracking, including Google Analytics 4, Enhanced Conversions and utilising Consent Mode to recover any lost conversions through lack of consent given.
We structured new campaigns, heavily centric around each of the locations targeted (from counties to towns).
We expanded content on the website to include the top unique selling points, which showcased the competitive edge that South East Plant Hire had against other plant hire companies (namely no deposits and that they could provide a driver or self-drive hire).
This was then reiterated in the new set of ad copy to ensure similar themed messaging was consistent across the user’s path.
Then we managed the campaigns, firstly using manual bidding to accumulate conversion data (expertly managed by our specialists on a daily basis), and then gradually utilising Smart Bidding to drive more leads at a better cost-per-lead.

In the first month of management vs the previous month (Feb 2023 vs Jan 2023):
