Wyboston Lakes were using Online Travel Agents (OTAβs) to drive bookings for their Hotel and Spa, but were losing 18-30% of revenue through the commission to these platforms. Our aim was to beat the commission and drive as much revenue as possible.

We evaluated the intent of certain keywords and phrasing, and cut out any that were research-based or didnβt show any intent to book.

Maximised visibility for top revenue driving keywords above the OTAβs.
03:
Closely monitored competitors and re-actively optimised bids to ensure the target ROI was achieved .
