Not yet! Looker Studio remains our primary reporting dashboard. The Hub complements it by hosting your Looker links, monthly snapshots, and wider marketing documentation in one accessible space.

Is The Hub secure?

Yes. The Hub uses encrypted access via Google login or secure “magic link” authentication, meaning no stored passwords and full GDPR compliance.

How often is data updated?

Performance snapshots are refreshed monthly, and our automated alerts notify you when new data is available. We’re expanding this to include near-real-time updates in the next development phase.

Can I customise what I see?

Yes, the Hub is tailored to each client. Your reports, and metrics reflect your unique marketing setup and business goals.

Does The Hub include paid media and SEO reporting?
