Pier Pressure came to Bamboo Nine when they first launched their escape room. They wanted to become visible online immediately. In an already crowded market with three competitors in place long before they opened, they needed to compete as quickly as possible.

The strategy was to as quickly as possible understand which keywords would deliver the leads. As a new business Pier Pressure didnβt have the luxury of much testing in the early stages. We needed to ascertain what would drive ROI quickly. The Bamboo Nine team worked closely with our internal technical team to make sure we could track any and every activity that could warrant a conversion, in order to optimise the campaign.
The biggest challenge was making sure we could integrate our tracking software with their 3rd party booking software, which proved easier said than done, due to the lack of support for cross domain tracking on the platform at the time.

From launching in April 2018 through to the year end:
While the scope of work was exclusive to PPC, Bamboo Nine went the extra mile to support our wider business with key recommendations around website UX, tagging and tracking to ensure we could work the account as hard as possible and evolve our reporting capabilities.
