Bamboo Nine joins FutureScape 2026. 4 min read

Why we’re excited about the future of landscaping.

Every year, FutureScape brings together the people shaping the future of the landscaping industry. From contractors and garden designers to suppliers, manufacturers and commercial decision-makers, it’s where conversations move beyond products and projects to explore the opportunities and challenges influencing the sector.

From 13th – 14th October, Bamboo Nine will be exhibiting at FutureScape in Farnborough International Exhibition & Conference Centre. Most excitingly, our Head of Design & Development, Lisa Seymour, will be joining an expert panel discussing brand strategy within the landscaping industry.

We’re looking forward to meeting businesses that want to strengthen their position in an increasingly competitive market and sharing what we’ve learned from working alongside companies across the sector.

What’s happening at FutureScape 2026?

FutureScape has established itself as the UK’s largest landscaping event, bringing together every corner of the industry for two days of learning, collaboration and innovation. From landscape contractors and garden designers to architects, grounds maintenance professionals, suppliers and manufacturers, it provides a space where businesses can share ideas, discover new products and technologies, and explore the trends shaping the future of outdoor spaces.

Alongside hundreds of exhibitors, visitors have access to an extensive education programme featuring industry experts, live demonstrations and panel discussions covering everything from sustainability and design to business growth and innovation. It’s an opportunity to gain fresh perspectives away from day-to-day operations, and to have conversations with people facing many of the same commercial challenges.

Why Bamboo Nine is at FutureScape.

Over the last few years, we’ve worked with businesses across landscaping, construction and the wider built environment, helping them improve visibility, generate better-quality enquiries and create marketing strategies that support long-term growth.

Our experience includes projects with companies such as PAD Landscapes, Alsford, RubbaSeal and Fulham Timber Supplies. Although each business has different objectives, they share many of the same commercial challenges.

See our work.

The marketing challenge for landscaping brands.

Many landscaping businesses already have an excellent reputation. The difficulty we’ve seen them face is in translating that reputation into a digital presence that consistently attracts the right opportunities.

Prospective clients for landscaping businesses research extensively before making contact. They compare websites, review completed projects and decide whether a business feels credible long before requesting a quotation.

That means your brand positioning, messaging and customer experience all influence whether marketing performs well. A stronger brand attracts better-fit enquiries and gives every marketing channel a clearer purpose.

This is where we focus our work.

Rather than recommending individual marketing channels first, we begin by understanding the commercial goals of the business and the audience it wants to reach. Strategy comes before tactics because that’s what creates sustainable growth.

Don’t miss Lisa’s branding panel.

As part of this year’s event, our head of Design & Development, Lisa, will be joining an expert panel exploring why brand strategy is becoming an increasingly important driver of growth for landscaping businesses.

The discussion will look beyond logos and visual identity to explore how brand strategy influences customer perception, trust and commercial success. As competition continues to increase, businesses need to differentiate on more than price alone, giving prospective clients confidence before they’ve even made contact.

Drawing on Bamboo Nine’s experience within the landscaping sector, Lisa will share why strategy should come before marketing activity. A clear understanding of your audience, positioning and commercial objectives creates stronger foundations for SEO, paid media and every other marketing investment, helping businesses attract better-fit enquiries rather than simply more of them.

If you’re looking to strengthen your brand, improve the quality of your leads or gain a fresh perspective on your marketing, it’s a session well worth attending.
