We’ll need access to your hosting account and website backend, as well as an understanding of any necessary updates or upgrades. We also enquire about third-party integrations, such as Mailchimp, Salesforce, Analytics, or Google Reviews, to ensure smooth interactions.
We specialise in WordPress and Shopify sites and will require a review for other content management systems. Our services are often sought by websites facing significant challenges, so we aim to set realistic expectations regarding project complexity, but with a diverse team and skillsets we aim to provide services for all websites.

Finer Details
Monthly Hour Allocation: Your monthly hours do not carry over to the next month. Any unused hours are forfeited.
Overlapping Months: If a project cannot be completed within the allocated hours for a given month, we may consider using hours from the following month, but this is subject to evaluation.
Hour Packages: We offer predefined hour packages of 5, 10, and 20 hours for your convenience.
Cancellation: We require one month’s notice for cancellation to facilitate a smooth transition.
Minimum Contract: To ensure that we provide high-quality service, we require a minimum contract period of six months. This allows us to become familiar with your website and deliver effective solutions.
Timelines: We commit to completing work within three weeks after finalising project requirements.
