What Can We Track?

Contact Clicks

We automatically log email address and telephone number clicks out as conversions, bundled up with parameters to show you which email address or number was clicked, should you wish to embark on a deeper analysis.

For clients who have taken their call tracking to the next level, our plugin integrates hand-in-glove with call tracking provider Mediahawk. Indeed, if call tracking, and all the marketing data that offers, is something which interests you, we have the in-house expertise to help you set your account up as well as install the code on the website.

If you run a WooCommerce shop, our plugin can track purchase events and automatically dispatch these to Google, Microsoft, and Meta. However, we don’t stop there. Our plugin integrates easily with WooCommerce’s own Google Analytics plugin to ensure that basic Enhanced Ecommerce events, such as when a user adds a product to their basket, is tracked.

Enrich Your Data

We always look to the future, and our plugin allows you to make best use of a number of new technologies. For Meta events, our plugin can spin up its own server side connection so you can take advantage of Conversions API (CAPI), Meta’s own server-side response to the challenges of using cookies today. Meanwhile, for Google Ads, the plugin configures Enhanced Conversions for form submissions and Basket Data for purchase events, allowing for fine tuning of bidding and advertising settings. We can even facilitate Content Grouping in GA4, allowing you to look at Google Analytics data at a category level.

Our plugin can integrate beautifully with heat mapping software Microsoft Clarity. It is able to install the code in a GDPR compliant manner without the need for additional plugins or manually implementing any code.

Additional Code Injection

Sometimes, the only way to install a 3rd party tracking solution or set up a custom conversion is to paste some code into a web page’s Header or Footer sections. Fortunately, our plugin makes this easy to do and ensures that the same code is injected into all pages, regardless of page template or the effect of any website updates.

Google Consent Mode

Since March 2024, implementing Google’s Consent Mode V2 has been crucial to access the full suite of Google Ads optimisation features. Without setting this, your campaigns won’t be able to target your audience as accurately and the cost and effectiveness of your campaigns are negatively impacted. Our plugin can be configured to set default consent states early enough in the page load that privacy demands are respected and you won’t lose out on important data.
